Welcome to the Valdyria Shipping Portal.
This page gathers all the details about how we process, ship and—if needed—receive returns of your jewellery. Every item is prepared with care, and we strive to make the delivery experience as thoughtful and transparent as the creation itself.

Order Processing

Each piece is handmade in our workshop in Alsace, France.
If the jewellery is in stock, your order is typically prepared and shipped within 1 to 2 business days.
For made-to-order pieces or items not immediately available, please allow 5 to 7 business days for preparation.

We ship from Monday to Saturday, with care and intention.
As soon as your package leaves the atelier, you will receive a confirmation email including your tracking link.

Where We Ship

Valdyria delivers exclusively within continental Europe — a conscious choice to stay close to our roots and reduce long-distance transport.

Our parcels travel with care across the following countries:
France, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Italy, Spain, Portugal, the Netherlands, Austria, Switzerland, the United Kingdom — and most EU countries, including parts of Central, Northern, Southern and Eastern Europe.

Each destination is handled with attention: you’ll see all available delivery options at checkout, adapted to your location.

Shipping Options & Carriers

We partner with trusted European carriers to offer safe, flexible options:

📦 Pickup point delivery (eco-friendly, cost-effective)
🏠 Home delivery with signature (fast, secure, premium)

All parcels are:
✔ Tracked from dispatch to delivery
✔ Fully insured, no matter the value

Shipments are handled by the following carriers, depending on destination and service selected: Mondial Relay, Colissimo, and Chronopost. You will see all available options at checkout, based on your location.

All parcels are fully tracked and insured by default, regardless of their value or shipping method.

Delivery Times

Once your treasure is ready, it is carefully entrusted to our delivery partners.
Here are the estimated delivery times for each destination:

France → 1 to 4 business days
Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Italy, Spain & Portugal → 2 to 5 business days
Netherlands, Austria, Switzerland, United Kingdom → 4 to 6 business days
Other European countries → 3 to 7 business days

These are average estimates and may vary slightly depending on your location and local carriers.
During festive seasons or busy periods, a little extra time may be needed — thank you for your patience.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated based on your destination and the delivery method you select.
You’ll see all available options at checkout — with full transparency on timing, price, and carrier.

At Valdyria, every parcel is 100% insured, whatever its value or destination.
We deliberately cover this insurance for all orders — even small ones — to ensure your treasure is protected throughout its journey. This explains why our shipping rates may be slightly higher than standard rates, especially with certain couriers.

We don’t take risks. You’ll never be left uncovered.

Returns & Exchanges

If you need to return a piece, return shipping is at your own expense.
We strongly recommend choosing a tracked and fully insured carrier — just like we do for outbound parcels.

To ensure everything goes smoothly, please contact us first: we’ll guide you through the return process and help you organize it properly.

Packaging & Unboxing

Our packaging is designed to protect your jewel and elevate the experience of receiving it — without compromising on environmental values.

All core elements of the packaging are entirely compostable, and made in Europe — mostly in France and Germany.
This includes the protective materials and shipping box.

Printed elements such as cards, stickers or tissue paper are not compostable, but are produced responsibly and kept to a minimum. They are there to offer a poetic touch — never excess.

Every Valdyria order is prepared with great care, from creation to packaging, to the moment it leaves our atelier.

We ship exclusively within Europe — not by limitation, but by choice.
This allows us to keep things close, clear, and aligned with our standards of quality and responsibility.
