In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, customers have a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide any reason or pay penalties.

Returned products must be sent back in their original condition, complete (with packaging, accessories, and instructions), and without having been worn or altered.
For hygiene reasons, earrings must be returned unworn in their original packaging.
Valdyria reserves the right to refuse any return if the product shows signs of wear.

Important:
Custom-made or personalized creations — especially those inspired by personal stories or special symbolic requests — are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
They are crafted exclusively for each customer.

Return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility.

Upon receipt and verification of the returned products, Valdyria will refund the amounts paid, including the standard shipping costs initially charged, within 14 days.
Additional express delivery fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
